Welcome to the profound world of the Five-Element Circle of Life, a holistic approach to health and overall well-being that transcends traditional medicine by integrating the wisdom of nature and ancient practices. At the heart of this approach lie the Five Elements: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth & Metal – each symbolizing a fundamental aspect of life and health. These elements are pillars that support and enhance your physical, emotional, and spiritual balance, guiding you towards a more harmonious and fulfilled existence.
The Five-Element Circle of Life is grounded in the principles of acupuncture and Chinese medicine, designed to support, align and invigorate your body, mind, and spirit. By acknowledging the interconnectedness of all things, this holistic approach offers more than just a solution to ailments; it provides a pathway to better health, ensuring a more stable and vibrant state of being all around.
Many of my clients come to me after years of discomfort or feeling disconnected from their bodies, and over time experience meaningful, often life-changing shifts. What they consistently reflect back is feeling deeply seen, listened to and cared for through work that is intuitive, personalized and responsive to who they are in each moment.
My approach is rooted in the wisdom of the Five Elements and shaped by years of experience in acupuncture, bodywork, movement practices, meditation and somatic awareness. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, I work with the whole person – supporting physical ease, mental and emotional clarity and authentic self-expression by tending to the natural rhythms of the body and its organ systems.
This work is deeply informed by Eastern medicine & traditions and my lifelong relationship with Nature. By honoring these principles and meeting each client where they are; healing becomes a collaborative and evolving process. My intention is not only to shift imbalance or pain, but to help cultivate resilience, balance and a deeper sense of connection – to yourself, your body and the life you are living.

Acupuncture is a holistic, ongoing, preventative medicine, used for century’s for health and well-being. In todays healthcare climate, we also use acupuncture to improve health from those suffering with general & chronic illness, whether physical, mental/ emotional or held in spirit. As such, I also work with clients that have experienced varying levels of trauma.
Classical Five-Element Acupuncture aims to correct imbalances by focusing on healing the root cause of illness. Because this style of Acupuncture treats the person as a whole, patients frequently experience improvements in areas beyond those which initially led them to seek support.
The Cleveland Clinic on Acupuncture … Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese method used to relieve some health conditions and symptoms, such as pain. An acupuncturist inserts very thin steel needles into your skin at multiple “acupoints.” The needles rebalance your body’s energy, or qi, and prompt your body to release natural chemicals to fight the illness or symptom.

In 1997, along with several National Institutes of Health, they published a Consensus Statement on acupuncture. This summarised the current understanding on acupuncture, based on the research that was available at the time.
