Our initial first look at your Body, Mind, and Spirit. You will also receive your first treatment. We will spend time discovering your personal “baseline.” Please arrive hydrated, with light food in the belly, without makeup or fragrance, and no recreational substances in the body. Allow 1.5–2 hours.

Gentle acupuncture treatments to help your body regulate, adapt, and heal. Expect to come weekly for 4–6 weeks, allowing your energy to gain harmony, vitality, and strength. Allow 45+ minutes.

Acupuncture with bodywork for deeper integration. Total time on the table: 90 minutes.

Seasonal, intuitive personal development guided by Nature and the Five Elements. Long-form elemental work, including seasonal containers, deep dives, and year-long paths.

An intuitive reading for insight and personal reflection. When you instinctively know there may be another perspective to gain and you’re wanting personal growth. You can choose 20- or 30-minute sessions.

Exploring and working with your “Shadow” side to consciously integrate your whole being. Looking within at repetitive cycles, patterns, and beliefs. Potential for crossing into mystical realms of Past Lives, Soul Retrieval, calling back Personal Power, removing unwanted energies, as well as learning clearing and protective Sacred Rituals.
Kat’s unique add-ons are meant to support what’s already happening in your session — not distract from it – and woven naturally into your time on the table. Each one adds 15 minutes, with a maximum of two per session. Whatever your intention for the day, you can enhance your experience with any of the following choices. *Selected at the time of booking*

Focused work on areas that need extra attention. Ideal if something has been speaking up, and you want to let it know that you’ve been listening. (NST Bowen, Craniosacral, Thai, Clinical/Deep Tissue).
Gua Sha
A traditional scraping technique to help move stagnation, support circulation, and ease tension. Especially supportive for sudden onset colds due to wind, or cold exposure, or for areas that feel stuck or heavy.
Cupping
Using cups to gently pull and encourage movement, release restriction, and support
the body’s natural detoxification and healing processes.
Guided Meditation & Breathwork
A short, grounded practice to help settle the nervous system and bring awareness back
into the body. There will be quiet moments, and guided moments, as well as prompts
for internal reflection.
Five Element Yoga or Qi Gong
Five simple postures or movements chosen specifically for your Elemental mapping.
Practical, accessible movements you can return to at home.
Journeying
A Shamanic dreamlike practice of seeking answers through drumming, meditation and reflection. While partially guided, you set the pace. Each practice is different, and may support connection to Spirit Guides, Elemental allies, or insight into life’s deeper questions.
Numerology – Life Path
A brief exploration of your Life Path through numerology. Helpful for gaining perspective, reflection, and understanding of patterns, cycles and personal themes you may be moving through. *Exact birth date required prior to your appointment*
Mini Tarot / Oracle Readings
An intuitive, grounded mini reading to support personal reflection, clarity and working with current & future astrological energies as guidance to moving forward.
